The Healthy Bones Longevity Program includes two distinct program options, allowing you to choose the level of supervision and structure that best matches your needs.
Both programs are designed by a licensed Physical Therapist and focus on safe bone loading, balance, and strength—but differ in how sessions are delivered.

HEALTHY BONES LONGEVITY - SIGNATURE PROGRAM
The Signature Program is ideal for individuals who want a personalized bone-strengthening plan with the flexibility to complete sessions independently.
Each participant begins with a comprehensive evaluation by a licensed physical therapist. Based on your bone health, movement patterns, physical needs, and fitness level, a customized program is created using the Power Plate and selected therapeutic modalities to safely promote bone loading, strength, balance, and coordination.
Once your program is established, you may complete your sessions independently during clinic hours, without scheduled appointments.

Elite Sessions offer the highest level of individualized care within the Healthy Bones Longevity Program.
Each visit is a private, one-on-one session with a licensed physical therapist. Sessions are fully supervised and hands-on, with real-time guidance, cueing, and progression to ensure optimal safety, effectiveness, and confidence.
This option provides the same level of personalized attention as traditional physical therapy, offered on a self-pay basis without insurance restrictions.
